Profile Senior Software Engineer
We are looking for SSEs and Team Leads with 4-7 years of relevant hands-on Microsoft technologies (MS.Net, C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server 2005, MS Reporting services, MS Analysis services, etc) and experience with international clients in developing/maintaining web based applications. Strong problem solving and design skills and a demonstrated ability to build reliable applications, excellent troubleshooting, communication and leadership skills, and a professional demeanor for client interaction is essential.

>Carrying out or contributing to all technical aspects of the software development cycle including design, development and testing.
>Production of software design documentation
>Design, Coding and Unit and Integration Testing to agreed project standards
>Carrying out reviews of project deliverables including design documentation, code, test plans and results produced by peers # Responding to issues raised by system test and product support teams using the project’s agreed issue/defect management system
>Investigation and resolution of defects
>Liaison with Client Team
>Contributing to the development of design patterns during project initiation to ensure that the final solution can meet functional and non functional requirements
Key Characteristics of Position:
>Microsoft N-Tier architecture design and development
>Using Microsoft Development tools (Visual Studio 2005 and later, VSS)
>SQL Server 2005/2008 Databases
